Making Childcare More Affordable
Childcare can be a big expense, below are a number of ways you may be able to get help with the costs. We are registered to accept the Nursery Education Funding and childcare vouchers.
Childcare Vouchers
Childcare vouchers are paid to you by your employer as a salary sacrifice.
Basic rate tax payers and those who joined the scheme before 6 April 2011 can receive up to £243 per month of vouchers, tax and NI exempt.
Higher rate tax payers who joined the scheme on or after 6 April 2011 will only receive £124 per month tax and NI exempt.
Additional rate tax payers who joined the scheme on or after 6 April 2011 will only receive £97 per month tax and NI exempt.
Please inform us of the voucher company your employer uses and we will give you code so you can get set up.
Nursery Education Funding Scheme

This is available to children from the term following their third birthday and entitles them to 15 hours of nursery education for 38 weeks of the year.
A child born on or between Will become eligible
1 April and 31 August Autumn Term
1 Sept and 31 Dec Spring Term
1 Jan and 31 March Summer Term
Once your child becomes eligible we will ask you to complete a form, to enable us to claim the grant on your behalf.

Universal Credits
You may be entitled to help with your childcare costs through the childcare element of Universal Credits system.
