...what have the

teachers been doing?

We have all missed the children so much and hope it is not too long before we can be together again at Peapods.  We hope you have managed to enjoy this time at home with your families and thought the children might like to see what we have been up to.

Emmi has been busy looking after Arlo and Aubrey.  She discovered she had woodwork skills and made a shop in her garden which they have all enjoyed playing with.  Arlo has enjoyed 'Clapping for Carers' so Emmi brought them all rainbow umberellas which have come in handy with the recent downpours.

The Peapods fish now live here with Louisa's fish at her home.  They have settled in well and enjoy the bubbles that come out of the treasure chest.  Their Peapods home has had a good clean and is waiting for their return, hopefully soon.

Louisa has been at home with her children.  On top of school work there has been alot of bouncing on the trampoline, bike rides, football, walks in the woods, painitng baking and rather a lot of films.

Daniel helped Ivy and her brothers' to make bird boxes which they hung in their garden and a bird now lives in one of them.  We are looking forward to seeing her eggs hatch.

Maria has been enjoying the good weather and going on long walks and bike rides with her son in between home schooling.  She has also been keeping up with her exercise classes via zoom.  She  was very sad not to be able to return to her home in Gran Canaria for the Easter holidays to see her family and top up her tan!

Christine has been really busy. She has been working hard decorating  her house, and now she's up all night with her new arrivals.  Her dog, 'Pixie' has had three puppies...

She has found new homes for two of them  and the one she is keeping will be called  'Banksy'.

Viki has been making the most of her time at home and been very busy doing D.I..Y on top of home schooling her two children.  She has laid a new patio in her garden and has started planting in her vegetable patch.  She has enjoyed taking her dog Willow for walks each day in the woods

Jessie has  carried on walking dogs as well as her own.  She has also been doing alot of exercise at home ot keep herself busy and has been entertaining us with her quizzes.

She is really hoping to be able to return to Peapods before the end of term to be able to say a proper goodbye to the children who are going off to school.

Sarah has been baking during lock down after finally being able to find some flour!  Here is her latest creation, some cakes cooked in cones that look like ice creams.  We are very much looking foward to being able to sample your produce very soon!  Keep baking Sarah!
